Exporting email addresses from Send News

While there isn’t an automatic export feature in Send News, you can copy your list and paste it into an Excel Document.

Steps to Export your email list from Send News: 

1. Log into your account and go to Send News
2. Click on Edit Contacts

3. Highlight your complete email list, including first and last names.

4. Press the keys “Ctrl” and “C” at the same time on your keyboard to copy the list.
5. Open a new page in Excel
6. Press the Keys “Ctrl” and “V” at the same time on your keyboard to paste the list into Excel.

From here you can upload them into another program or print them out.
