How to Renew, Auto-Renew or Prepay Early Online

All memberships are set to renew automatically, so there is nothing you need to do to continue your membership.

However, if you’d like to prepay in advance of your current end date, you can do so anytime under My Account. When you choose to prepay, you may see multiple renewal/prepay options (such as different terms, discounts, or special offers), so be sure to select the option you want before placing your order.

Before placing your order, double-check you’ve selected the option you want.

However, if you want to prepay your membership in advance of its current end date and take advantage of any special offers, you can do so under My Account at any time.

Prepay now and save!

Step 1: To take advantage of any special offers or prepay for multi-year discounts, log into your account and select My Account.

Step 2: Then click on the Prepay Now and Save! located under Plan Details.

Step 3: Enter your Savings Code at the top of the page if you have one and hit Apply.  If you do not have a Savings Code, continue to Step 4.

Step 4: Choose your renewal option (term/offer). You may see multiple options (example: standard renewal vs. multi-year savings, or different promotional offers). Select the option you want, confirm the price/term, then click Place Order Now!

Your prepaid will then be applied to the end of your current membership, so you do not lose a single day of any membership you have already paid for.

If you placed an order but picked the wrong renewal option, please contact us as soon as possible and include the email address on the account and the option you meant to choose.
