Resetting Your Password

To log in, you’ll need the email address associated with your account and your password.

If you’ve forgotten the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team at service@ChurchArt.com. Be sure to include:

• Your full contact information
• Your zip code associated with the account or your account number, if known

Forgot Your Password?

1. Go to churchart.com and click on the Member Sign In button at the top of the page.

   

2. At the sign-in page, click the “Forgot your password?” link.

   

3. Enter the email address associated with your Church Art Online account and click Submit.

   

4. An email to reset your password will be sent to you. Important: You must click on the hyperlink in the email to complete the reset password process.

   

   
   

5. At the link, enter your new password and confirm it.  (Password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least two of the following special characters: Capital Letters, Numbers or Symbols).

   

   
   
6. Click the  “Update Password” button.
7. Return to churchart.com to sign-in with the email address associated with your account and your password.
