I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email

It may take up to 10 minutes to receive the confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

Tip: To ensure you receive future emails from ChurchArt Online, add no-reply@ChurchArt.com to your email contacts or safe senders list.

If you need to resend the confirmation email, click the Resend my confirmation email button.

“Confirm Your Email” Button Isn’t Working

If clicking Confirm your email doesn’t work, try manually entering the 6-digit confirmation code into the browser where prompted.

If the button is unresponsive, the issue may be browser-related. To troubleshoot:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.
  2. Ensure your browser is up to date, as we recommend using the latest version.
  3. Try a different browser (e.g., if it didn’t work in Chrome, try Edge or Firefox).

Confirmation links expire 15 minutes after they are sent. If you requested a new confirmation email, use the link in the most recent email.

Note: When you request a new link, all previous links become invalid. If the link has expired, return to the site and request a new one.

If you're using an email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, try accessing your inbox directly through your email provider’s website.

Multiple Confirmation Requests

If you’ve already requested a link, wait at least five minutes before requesting another. You may receive multiple confirmation emails, but you’ll need to click the link in the most recent one.

Tip: To avoid confusion, delete older confirmation emails before requesting a new link. If you’ve requested multiple confirmation emails without deleting older ones, your email provider may group them together (nesting). Select the most recent email by checking its date and time.

Checking Your Email Server Settings

If you’re using a custom domain email address (e.g., church, business, or government), your security or firewall settings may block the confirmation email. In this case, we recommend using a personal email address instead.
