How our 14-Day FREE TRIAL Works

14 Day FREE Trial.

After you sign up for your Basic or Pro Free Trial, you will have complete access to the content included with each membership. You can browse around and use the Basic or Pro content (whichever plan you selected at checkout) for FREE.

Keep in mind, if you've chosen the Pro option, the only service you will NOT have access to during your trial period is the Send News feature.

While your card is required when you sign up for the 14 Day Free Trial, it will not be charged until the first business day following the end of your free trial.

Canceling is easy.

There are no contracts and no obligations.  Cancel at any time during your free trial and you won't be charged a dime.  Need to cancel after your free trial?  You can cancel at any time under My Account.  Refunds are issued when requested for unused portions of your membership for yearly subscriptions, otherwise, your membership will continue until the end of the paid period.

Your free trial will automatically convert to a full membership if not canceled within 14 days.

Why do you require a credit/debit card?

We really wish we didn't have to require a credit or debit card, but we require it for 2 main reasons:

  • To convert you over to your membership without any interruption of service.
  • To help us prevent free trial abuse.

What happens if I want to change my plan during the free trial?

During your free trial, if you want to switch your plan in any way (Pro to Basic, Basic to Pro or to pay annually), your free trial will end, and you will begin paying upon changing your plan. You can switch your plan anytime during your membership. We'd recommend doing so close to or after your free trial has ended.

Go to My Account >> Change Plan to switch to Pro or Basic. You can also choose to switch to annual or monthly billing. By prepaying for an annual membership, you will save money.

Also, if you are currently on the Basic plan, you can switch to a Pro plan throughout the website. Look for Pro features and click on one. Then follow the steps on the screen.
