Update Your ChurchArt Online Account Information
You can update your ChurchArt Online membership anytime at your convenience by simply logging into the website. We provide links to make updating your address, email, or payment information quick and easy. You can even change your password, or cancel your subscription by using the My Account link once you've logged into the website.
To update your account information, click on “My Account” after you have logged into the website.
You can manage any updates to your account by clicking any of the Customer Services Links:
Click the Change email or address link to update the name on the account, the shipping or billing address, phone number, or email address. (Note: The email is also used for your login so updating it will update the email used to log in with)
Click the Manage payment info link to update your current credit card information.
Click the Billing History link to see any current amount owed, expiration date, and most recent account activity
Click the Change Password link to update your login information. (see more here: Resetting Your Password)
Click the Cancel My Subscription link to the left to deactivate your membership. (see more here: Cancel Your Subscription)
