Getting Started with ChurchArt Online
Welcome to ChurchArt Online!
The fastest way to get value out of your subscription is to jump straight into searching — you don't need to wait for new art or browse around first. Here's how to get started right away:
1. Start with Search Use the search bar (or the search tools panel) to look for exactly what you need — search by:
- Keyword or topic (e.g., "Easter," "baptism," "fall festival")
- Scripture reference
- Art type (clipart, photo, video, bulletin cover, etc.)
- Color
This is the quickest path to finding usable art for your very first project, so start here instead of browsing the homepage.

Use the Caption Editor
For almost every image in the library, you can edit the caption! This is perfect if you love the image but need different wording or scripture on it. Look for the "Edit Caption" link under images in Search results.
Save your favorites for later with My Images
Find an image you like and want to use it later but you don't want to download it now? You can use the My Images feature to do this. Next to each image filename, you'll see a symbol. Click the folder symbol and the images are stored under the My Images tab to make it easy to grab later.

Motion Videos. Welcome and Goodbye loops, Scripture loops and Announcement videos are available in a variety of formats. Most videos are 30 seconds long and can seamlessly loop.
Templates. The professionally designed newsletter, flyer or postcard templates are easy to edit and use. Simply download and start typing. Really!
